The HD everything was on crashed - as in stopped working altogether wth nary a warning. Luckily my machine has multiple HDs but naturally, the one that failed was the one that wasn't backed up. Got the UFO DVDs done yesterday. If you only have one solution to a problem - you're not trying. IP Logged

Tomorrow we'll be touring the battlefields in the area. Wish us luck! The sky is not the limit; nor are the stars. WWW IP Logged

The Yellow Rose of Texas - Johnny Lee & Lane Brody Meet Me in Montana - Dan Seals & Marie Osmond The Heart Won't Lie - Vince Gil & Reba McEntire Whiskey Lullaby - Brad Paisley & Alison Kraus Fly Away - John Denver & Olivia Newton John (Yes, I like country.) The last one is probably my very favorite. Anyone else? : I need to add one more to this list, Who says you can't go home - Jon Bon Jovi & Jennifer Nettles. Great song! I picked up a couple more albums for my I-Pod this week. Old stuff but good, The Best of Bread & History America's Greatest Hits. Two weeks ago, it was the soundtrack from Crimson Tide. (They take Halloween very seriously in Nauvoo. Their Pumpkin Walk has even been featured in Country Living magazine!) My daughter made medieval gowns for the girls for Trick or Treat, and I made them fur cloaks to wear over them to stay warm. They looked gorgeous! The Pumpkin Walk had over 400 carved pumpkins this year (a new record, I think!), and I got my fortune told by two different fortunetellers. It was a great weekend, and I so enjoyed seeing all my friends again. What did you guys do for Halloween this year? The sky is not the limit; nor are the stars. WWW IP Logged

I've made contact with 89 countries and have 61 confirmed. Hopefully, she'll come out of hiding soon. "Hey muse! Get back here. You've got stories to finish!" What do you mean, we're out of coffee! Been sick as a proverbial dog for the past 5 days. AARRGH! If you only have one solution to a problem - you're not trying. IP Logged

The front patio is nearly done. With any luck I'll remember to post a photo. The back garden is a jungle - that's next week's top thing to do. I'd invite everybody over for a pool party for the 4th but you're all too far away. If you only have one solution to a problem - you're not trying. IP Logged

We went down to the country club where we were treated to a fantastic display. (Not that we were at the country club, mind you. We were across the street in the city park with the rest of the riffraff while the country club set had appetizers and drinks on the veranda of the clubhouse. Of course, this house has even less room than our old one, so I'm still getting rid of stuff. But to me, that's not really a bad thing. It helps me decide what I really want and what I can do without. Funny how everything I keep has personal meaning to me! The sky is not the limit; nor are the stars. WWW IP Logged
