I can't say she died peacefully because she'd been ill will heart trouble for a while and we were asleep when she passed. But she's crossed the Rainbow Bridge to a place where there is no pain. The bottom picture reminded me of Lassie, even though Gracie wasn't a collie. We had a dog that looked like a collie, but wasn't quite in that family, as a therapy dog at the library where I work.
