For instance, Griff brought us http://gottcode.org/focuswriter/ and Neesierie has a collection of great articles at http://denisefelt.weebly.com/essays-on-writing.html. There's also the Random Character Generator and that's just the tip of the iceberg. What are the places YOU find helpful? What do you know that other people might find helpful in their writing? At least we'd be able to point a person in the right direction. My husband had to deal with an erroneous diagnosis of meningitis , (he says you haven't lived until you've had a lumbar puncture to diagnose severe headache and the nurse comes back in gear that protects her from contagion and tosses you in a isolation room and everyone visits you in masks and gowns.) anyway he became seriously ill as a result of the antibotics for something he didn't have, so we know a little about that.
