Of the four they had, only one changed to the new nameserver without a hitch - for two of the others I was able to change once but after that I was locked out (had a hell of a time even updating my contact information) and the last one I got the code AFTER they changed the nameserver info for me - It took them three days and a phone call to do it. AND I was charged for 'Premium' support on one of the accounts AFTER I had cancelled the hosting. They went SO downhill after they changed hands. But they were great in their time. If you only have one solution to a problem - you're not trying. IP Logged
