Actually, I wonder if we can get Blue Shrew to sound off a bit about her beta-ing skills.  Since I mentioned that my beta tester only checks for holes and gaps in my stories, I'm interested in what other beta testers do for their writers.  Will you tell us, Blue?  Please?  Smiley

I've been telling her to do it. That's why I put that bunny up there. That's her picture. Wink  My husband is notorious for getting what he wants, so look for it soon.

Aw!  Blue Shrew's a bunny?  That's so fun!  Smiley  My oldest granddaughter is a bunny too!  Her mother (my daughter) is a cat.  And me?  I'm a red salamander.  Wink

i think of you more as a Chameleon.  Wink  I'm a rat/mouse but my husband thinks a sloth fits me better  Grin
Shrew is coming to spend the week with us, so I'll make her do the beta article.

Yea!  Thanks, Amelia!  Smiley

Chameleon, huh?  Wow.  That's so cool.  I can change my color anytime I want?  I like that idea!  (Although red is still my fave!)  Cool

There are beta's and there are beta's. Look at this:

here is the answer I got from the guy who wrote the book about the Disneyland Hotel

I believe the Hotel has had room service since the beginning....or at least since the "official" grand opening in August, 1956.

I have a new book coming out soon which covers (in depth) the Disneyland Hotel in the 1950's.

Dear Mr. Ballard,

I was looking for information about the hotel and came across your site and book.
Was there room service at the hotel during the 1980's.  A friend of mine is writing a fan fiction story and has placed her character in that time era.
Thank you for any information you can give me as it will help her story.
Yours Sincerely
Nancy

My husband and I have the privilege of knowing the best beta, researcher, foster mom, friend, Shrew, and person in the world, and her name is Nancy.  Cool
She's having a birthday 17 April.    Wink
