A real roller coaster of a story! Loads of intrigue, action, interest! I wonder where Jen and Ed will eat their meal? Kitchen table perhaps? Sorry... couldn't resist it! Well, I thought about resisting it... but only for a second or two! I need some air. WWW IP Logged

Ginny is going to surprise Matt with a home cooked meal as well (haven't written that yet). Could be fun! What do you mean, we're out of coffee! WWW IP Logged

Think large, very very very large courgette. you could carve them into a canoe, or a totem pole. Great big green stripey things.. gradually taking over the allotment. and getting bigger! It's actually a new alien trick... attempt to infiltrate Earth using marrows to hide in..Alien version of the Trojan Horse. I keep expecting to find a SHADO mobile at the allotments and Ed Straker standing there ordering them to destroy everything. oooo! nice! I could give him a taste of my home grown potatoes! I need some air. WWW IP Logged

My dad used to take the summer squash type (small) and slice it thin, dip it in clamcake batter and fry them up in oil. Boy were they good! These sound like overgrown zucchini! Cultural thing.. zucchini= courgettes. No you couldn't slice these up and fry them. slices wouldn't fit in a frying pan. I'm going to let them get just a little bigger and then slice them open and sell them as environmentally friendlycoffins! I need some air. WWW IP Logged

It was so hilarious -- and so true! I enjoyed the date between Ed and Jen. But you cheated on the conversation at her apartment afterward and jumped to him falling in love. Come on, Matt! We want to watch him fall in love, not hear about it afterward! More deets! Please? IP Logged
