Well, after the Doan & Carstairs novels by Norbert Davis, I read
Heat Wave by Richard Castle. A fun read, but I wonder who really writes those? And
Jake Westerby: Deep Undercover by Derek Adams. (Not up to the same standards of his earlier stuff). Right now I'm reading the Dr. Thorndyke Mysteries Collection Vol 1 by R. Austin Freeman. so far, seems to be sort of Sherlock Holmes type mysteries. Afterwards, I will probably read
The Mark of the Wolf by Derek Adams (an aforementioned earlier work that I have not read yet), but I've got new Reacher, Falco and Lovejoy books I have not read yet, so must get to them too.
And, hey! That site says I write like
James Joyce! WooHoo! (aka: incomprehensible - LOL!)
Oh, but Denise, please tell us, what did you
REALLY think of that trilogy by Suzanne Collins?
Course, I have read several stories from the Library too, but I assumed we were talking professionally published material ...
BTW, I hate first person present tense POV! Jonathan Kellerman did it once and I did not appreciate that at all. It reads like D&D notes! I mean, reading over my own D&D notes might be fun reliving the adventure, but who the hell wants to read someone else's D&D notes??
