Conventions used in the transcripts:
These transcriptions emulate a film script in that change of scene and character speaking is indicated by all caps.
This standard is altered so that action and description are in italics for ease of understanding when rendered by older browsers.
Those who are using a browser which is CSS1 capable - many of the documents will appear in script format except for the use of italics.
